11am to 1pm - seatings available every 30 minutes

Join us for an all-you-care-to-eat affair on Tuesday, December 10th. $30 per person. Email cateringoffice@dining.rutgers.edu for more information and to book your reservation. 

Credit cards and RU Express will be accepted at the door. Internal purchase orders will also be accepted as a form of payment for parties of six or more. 

 

Soup and Salads

  • Butternut Squash Bisque
  • Mixed Greens with Roasted Apple, Sundried Cranberries, and Golden Beets with a Cider Vinegarette and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Farro and Baby Arugula  Salad with Roasted Cauliflower, and tomatoes with a Sherry-Maple Dressing
