Catering staff will arrive approximately 2 hours prior to the contracted start time to begin setup, and will remain until cleanup has been completed. Please contact a catering representative for server charges. Cloths for the food and beverage tables and white tablecloths for guest tables are provided at no additional charge.
The packages includes appropriate paper and plastic goods. The option to upgrade to china service is $4 per person.
