What kinds of food do our main dining locations carry?

Livingston Dining Commons

1: Pizza/Pasta

There are typically three to four types of pizza and two different types of pasta available during lunch and dinner hours. 

2. Specialty Item of the Day

During breakfast, custom omelets are typically made here. During lunch, anything from tacos to cheesesteaks are made.

3. Mongolian Cook to Order

Our cook to order stir-fry station allows students to have cook to order lo mein or rice dishes made for them. There are also four different options available for students looking to get something quickly. 

4. Salad and Deli Bar

The salad and deli bar is continually stocked allowing students to create endless amounts of salads, sandwiches, or wraps. Get creative and bring your favorite salad bar items to any cook-to-order station! 

5. Rotisserie

Featuring a state of the art rotisserie oven, rotisserie options are typically available along with three to four sides to choose from. 

6. Breakfast and Dessert Station

Cereal? Check. Waffle makers? check. Several dessert options? Check. This is one of the favorite stations for students. We understand why. 

7. Deli Salads and Fresh Roasted Vegetables

To the right of the breakfast/dessert station is a station that is dedicated to composed salads as well as freshly roasted vegetables. Grilled chicken (halal and non) is also available at this station.

Busch Dining Hall

1. Rotisserie and Grilled Vegetables

At this new station, find rotisserie chicken and different grilled vegetables daily. 

2. Cantina

The cantina area features build-your-own tacos with a variety of protein options and toppings. 

3. Deli 

This station has various deli items to make your own wrap or sandwich. 

4. Entrees

This is the first of two entree lines at Busch Dining Hall. This area typically has Asian inspired cuisine. 

5. Cook to Order Station

This cook to order station typically serves omelettes during breakfast or brunch. during lunch and dinner, it transitions to the specialty cook-to-order station serving items ranging from cheesesteaks to quesadillas and more! 

6. Sides

Here you will find different sides ranging from vegetables to rice to fries.

7. More entrees!

Yes, there is a second entree station at this dining hall! Enjoy up to five additional entree options at this station every day! 

8. Pizza and Cook to Order Pasta Station

Have your pasta cooked right in front of you with a variety of options. Pro tip: bring your favorite veggies from the salad bar to add to your pasta! There is a baked pasta and a few pizza options available here as well. 

9. Breakfast/Dessert

Cereal? Check. Waffle makers? check. Several dessert options? Check. This is one of the favorite stations for students. We understand why.

10. Soup and Salad Bar

The salad and deli bar is continually stocked allowing students to create endless amounts of salads, sandwiches, or wraps. Get creative and bring your favorite salad bar items to any cook-to-order station! There are also two soup available here daily.

Neilson Dining Hall

1: Entrees/Sides

Here you can find up to six different choices. These entrees change per meal every day.

2. Cook to Order Station

Our cook to order station allows students to customize their meals each day as one of our staff members makes it for them. This station serves omelettes during breakfast or brunch and a different cuisine each day during lunch and dinner.

3. Asian Inspired Station

This station typically serves Asian inspired cuisines like fried rice, stir fry vegetables, and more. 

4. Chicken (Rotisserie and Grilled)

Want some chicken? Then, this is where you need to be! Enjoy grilled or rotisserie chicken at this station every day.

5. Vegan/Vegetarian and Cantina Stations

You can find everything from freshly grilled vegetables to composed salads to grains in this area during lunch and dinner. 

The cantina area is also in this area featuring build-your-own tacos with a variety of protein options and toppings. 

6. Deli Station

A variety of deli items are found here along with several types of bread and wraps. You can also have your sandwich heated up in one of our TurboChefs!

7. Pizza, Baked Pasta, and Cook to Order Pasta Station

Have your pasta cooked right in front of you with a variety of options. Pro tip: bring your favorite veggies from the salad bar to add to your pasta! 

Pizza and baked pasta are here as well if you are looking for a ready to eat meal. 

8. Ice Cream Bar

Enjoy soft serve or traditional ice cream and several toppings at this station. Pro tip: make a waffle beforehand and top it with the ice cream!

The Atrium

1: Soup and Salad Bar

In the morning, this area acts as a yogurt parfait bar. After 11am, it transforms into a soup and salad bar, filled with fresh ingredients and two soup choices. 

2. Pi Pizza

You will find multiple types of pizza, served by the pie. Additionally, you will find a variety of options ranging from strombolis to garlic knots to flatbreads. There is a Coca-Cola freestyle and a coffee machine at this station.

3. Mezze

Mezze

In this Mediterranean inspired area, expect to find roasted vegetables, customizable grain or rice bowls, fish entrees, falafel, gyros, spanakopita, and more! 

4. King's Hawaiian

This area features sliders, chicken wings, black bean burgers, and customizable sandwich options. 

5. Three Chilies

This tex-mex inspired station serves customizable burrito bowls and tacos in addition to our chef created taco options. There is a Coca-Cola freestyle machine at this station.

6. Scarlet Ginger

Depending on the season, this area serves Asian inspired cuisines from China, India, and Japan. Expect to find dishes such as noodle bowls, bao buns, chicken tandoori, rice bowls, and more. 

7. Grab and go area

This area has packaged items from Scarlet Ginger (like salads and freshly made sushi), prepackaged sandwiches, desserts and other items that guests can grab quickly. 

8. Cashier

The cashier area has a variety of snacks and protein bars available for purchase.
