Adjacent to the Busch Student Center is the Busch dining hall. The Busch dining hall has an expanded dining area, a food court and a welcoming fireplace. There are also rooms for catered events and a Faculty & Staff Dining Room.

Lunch: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Dinner: 4 – 9 p.m.

Weekends

Continental Breakfast: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Brunch: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Lunch: 2:30 – 4 p.m.
Dinner: 4 – 8 p.m.

Student Take out Hours

Student Takeout is not open for dinner on holiday weekends, theme meals, Easter Sunday and Boardwalk Bonanza(closes early). There are altered service hours before holidays and MidKnight Breakfast. Take-out portions are limited. If you have a hearty appetite, you may swipe twice for an additional portion, but the maximum amount of meal swipes are two per customer.

Monday – Friday

Breakfast: 7 – 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Dinner: 5 p.m. – midnight (Monday – Thursday)
Sunday: 5 – 10 p.m.

Faculty & Staff Hours

Dining is open during the weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. year round and only closed on university holidays.

Located in the Kessler Teaching Building is Woody’s the medical school cafeteria. Woody’s offers a variety of hot and cold meals, bottled beverages, pastries and a variety of snacks. See our retail policy for meal swipe specifics.

Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC) is committed to providing quality food services to those in need of behavioral health services.

Every Wednesday the scarlet red mobile truck serves gourmet medieval themed meals fresh off the grill that are easy to grab and go such as “The Twisted Gyro” (lamb with baby spinach & feta cheese) and “The Bent Excalibur” (grilled Guinness marinated sirloin). While serving unconventional meals, it also offers a fun experience for customers who can enjoy satellite television. Rutgers’ Starbucks Truck makes its way around each campus throughout the week. When on this campus, it is typically located across from the ARC. The famous Starbucks Truck, being that it is only one of six in the country, serves the entire menu from any other Starbucks location including the sandwiches and pastries. The truck takes RU Express and to receive constant updates on the Starbucks Truck, follow them on Twitter.

Located slightly off campus on Knightsbridge Road is a cafe that offers a variety of hot and cold meals, bottled beverages, pastries and a variety of snacks.
